Mr. Majors, founder of Construction Control Dynamics, Inc., has over thirty-five years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Majors has completed various assignments in construction project management including project manager (claims) for a consulting firm, internal engineering consultant to a construction law firm, senior scheduling consultant and job engineer for a large general contractor.
Mr. Majors has successfully:
- Prepared and monitored over 325 schedules for various types of construction projects with a total value exceeding $4.4 billion.
- Analyzed and presented hundreds of claims and counterclaims for delay, disruption and acceleration for contractors, architects, engineers and owners.
- Formulated and implemented a methodology and procedure for analyzing the impact of over 1000 change orders to the schedule of a $100 million federal government project. Every change order and its impact was negotiated and settled without costly litigation.
- Given expert testimony before Federal and State courts, and arbitration panels on matters involving delay, disruption and acceleration and monetary damages sustained.
- Served as an arbitrator or mediator on numerous AAA construction industry cases since 1981.
- Served on the Construction Advisory Committee, Atlanta Region of the AAA.
