Mr. Patton has over thirty years experience in the construction industry. This experience ranges from home office estimating and engineering support, to on site project management, to claims management on a broad spectrum of industrial, commercial, and government projects. His project experience includes Sewage Treatment Plants, Highway and Bridge Projects, an Engine Parts Manufacturing Facility, a Cigarette Manufacturing Plant, Hospitals, Rapid Transit Work, Pharmaceutical Plants, Army Barracks, an Aqueduct, Correctional Facilities, Major Postal Service Facilities, and various Pulp and Paper Projects.

Mr. Patton has successfully:
  • Established and maintained cost monitoring and control procedures, management information reporting procedures, and scheduling/planning procedures on numerous projects.
  • Assisted clients in avoiding and/or minimizing project difficulties through proper documentation. Established proven documentation guidelines, making the task of monitoring and documenting project progress more manageable.
  • Implemented and managed the document control and issue development on a $40 million claim involving 25,000 documents and a 100,000 activity as-built schedule.
  • Analyzed and presented numerous claims and counterclaims for delay, disruption, acceleration, and extra work for Contractors, Subcontractors, and Owners.
  • Given expert testimony before courts and arbitration panels on matters involving Delay Impacts and Damage Calculations, Change Order Entitlement and Value, and Schedule Analysis and Claim Entitlement.
